GeoCities is no more
Purchased by Yahoo! 12 years ago, GeoCities provided web hosting services on the internet – Now it is no more.
As of October 26th 2009, its 38 million user pages have been shut down and apparently will never be returning. This closure raised up other web hosting companies to full in the blanks of all GeoCities customers who were left without a website. Two praticular hosts called Jimdo and uCoz are first in line to grab disappointed customers.
