Nokia Ovi Maps (navigation software)
Nokia has launched a new navigation software that has reached over 1 million downloads within its first week
Since its availability on January 21 2010, Ovi Maps has been downloaded over 1.4 million times. Ranging from 74 countries and 46 different languages, it provides directional information for drivers and pedestrians. With Nokia having 39% of the global smartphone market, and being the second provider (first to Google) of offering a free downloadable navigation service, they are moving steadily in the right direction.
